The researchers found that athletes, who regularly snacked on eggs, were more likely to have thicker and more powerful muscles. Also, consuming eggs reduces the risks of heart disease and stroke.
- A Florida Department of Health study found that those who snack had higher energy levels than those who didn’t. The study showed that a breakfast snack bar was more beneficial for boosting energy than a candy bar. Those who don’t snack were found to have low energy levels.
