Recipe – Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are the most popular and loved cookies of all time. But not one ingredient is believed to give it a deeper flavor, adding powdered milk!


  • 2 and a half cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together.
  2. In another bowl, add butter and sugar and beat until they’re creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix again.
  4. Fold in the flour mixture gently
  5. When you see no streaks, add in the chocolate chips
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes
  7. Pre-heat the oven to 375F, place parchment paper on your baking sheet, and scoop out the dough and place each cookie ball a few inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool the cookies in the baking pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
