Vanilla Cupcakes is the perfect treat for any occasion. Who doesn’t love a delicious, mouthwatering, decadent cupcake? Every holiday, birthday, special occasion, or dessert is right around the corner. What could be a better way to celebrate? Try making your own.
Vanilla cupcakes can be made from different recipes. Classic vanilla cupcakes usually do not get the praise they deserve due to their sub-par ingredients and preparation methods. I decided to create a healthier alternative using recipes similar to what you would buy at the store or grocery store. It was much easier than I thought, and the taste was almost identical to the ones I get in the stores. Strong vanilla flavor, perfectly smooth and soft, and an extremely sweet tooth. If you have never made your own, I highly recommend it.
For this recipe, I used three types of cake mix. One for regular cake mix, one for white cupcake mix, and one for angel food cake mix. It also uses powdered sugar in the place of flour. I had to use more white sugar, but that’s okay because the white sugar has so much flavor. It is much cheaper than real sugar. I did not brown the cake mix.
To prepare the super-easy vanilla cupcakes, mix all the ingredients together and bake them in a hot oven. Once it is baked, it will be perfectly smooth and shiny. You can decorate them with your favorite things. I like to use dark chocolate. It adds a little bit of chocolate flavor and goes very well with cupcakes.
The Vanilla Cupcakes are baked and frosted using buttercream. This is an absolutely delicious recipe. The best thing about the buttercream is that you do not need any other cooking tools to make it. All you need is a food processor and some instant coffee. Just pour the instant coffee into the processor, put the coffee in the cup, and blend it well.
The coffee will instantly begin to churn and will create a delicious consistency of dough. The instant coffee will also thicken the butter or cream that is used in the Vanilla Cupcakes. Then all you need to do is add the flour, beat it all together, and then pour the wet into the dry. This is how easy and delicious the Vanilla Cupcakes are!
Now that the Vanilla Cupcakes are baked and frosted, you need to add the Swiss meringue buttercream recipe. This buttercream is simply made by mixing the cooled butter with powdered sugar. The Swiss meringue buttercream recipe calls for the cold temperature to be at forty-five degrees Celsius. However, it is possible to make it at any temperature up to one hundred and twenty degrees Celsius if you wish. All you need to do is blend the powdered sugar and the butter until they are completely combined.
Add the milk and vanilla extract to the buttercream and mix thoroughly. Once blended, the buttercream will become a smooth consistency. Then allow the mixture to cool and frost the Vanilla Cupcakes according to your desire. To remove them from the pan, you can wrap them in paper liners or spray them with non-stick cooking spray. Store the Vanilla Cupcakes in an airtight container.
As you may have guessed, the ingredients of all these two vanilla cupcake recipes are almost the same. However, there are a few differences between them. You need to get hold of the right measuring spoon for baking and frosting cream because one of them may not be the right size. Another difference is that the cream has to be added to the cupcakes before you frost them. If you try to frost them after adding the cream, it may result in having lumpy frosting.
The consistency of both of these cakes is perfect when they are frozen for about fifteen minutes. Once they are thawed out, they will take on their delicious flavor. As for the frosting, it can be as simple as whipping cream. If you are looking for a subtle flavor in your cupcakes, you can add the flavor extract.
There are no special instructions or techniques when it comes to making these homemade vanilla cupcakes. You just need to follow the recipe and work with your mixer to make the cakes light and fluffy. Once they are done, you will surely get compliments on how good they taste.
