its delicious crunch that complements its smooth and creamy filling. You can even
switch up other cookies for the crust if desired!

This [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/) is incredibly simple
to make – no baking required! Simply place the chilled [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
into your refrigerator and it will set beautifully!

This decadent [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/) is filled

[Cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/) is a beloved dessert
enjoyed by people of all ages! It makes the ideal dessert for parties and will surely
wow your guests.

Make this no-bake dessert using a springform pan that has been double-lined with
foil. Then, mix all the ingredients until completely smooth and combined.

Once the batter is smooth, it’s ready to pour into the crust. Bake for 70-80 minutes
or until center is almost set. Cool for at least 2 hours before covering and chilling
in fridge until serving.

Make this no-bake dessert even without a springform pan! All you’ll need is a muffin
tin and some foil liners.

This recipe can be made with any brand of chocolate sandwich cookie, but we suggest
using Oreos for a softer and crumblier crust. This will allow the [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
to bake with a more even consistency and it looks even prettier when you slice it!

This [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/) can be served room
temperature or chilled, though for optimal flavor and texture it should be served
chilled. Stored in the refrigerator for up to a day and a half, it may lose some
of its crunchiness and softness if left at room temperature.

## With Little Bits of Chocolate Cookie Pieces

If you’re a fan of cookies and [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/),
then this recipe will surely win your heart over. It’s packed with tiny chocolate
cookie pieces for an irresistibly decadent flavor.

This dessert is ideal for any summertime gathering – especially a pool party or
backyard barbecue! Not only is it simple to make, but your guests are sure to love
it too!

First, you’ll need to create a crust for the [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/).
We suggest using crushed Oreo cookies combined with melted butter for an impressively
thick and sturdy layer of crust.

Crushing Oreo cookies is easy; simply put them into a food processor and grind until
fine crumbs form. Transfer these crumbs to a bowl, then mix in melted butter. You’ll
notice the crumbs beginning to clump together into an even dough, which you should
press into a 9-inch springform pan for your crust.

Once the crust has cooled, you can make the [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
filling. We suggest traditional cream cheese [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
filling for this recipe; however, you could substitute any other kind of [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
filling you prefer; just remember that full-fat cream cheese works best here!

After adding cream cheese to the wet ingredients, beat until smooth and creamy.
Next, add sour cream and sugar; then, beat in each egg one at a time until all are
included. Finally, stir in vanilla extract.

If you want to try a different [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
filling, be sure it’s not too thick and sweet. Once the filling is prepared, layer
it into your [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/) and garnish
with additional Oreos for decoration.

whisk until well combined.

Stir in sour cream and whipping cream until fully combined. Finally, fold in reserved

spoon it onto the crust in an even layer and spread it out evenly. Place in freezer
to set for 5-8 hours before serving.

When ready to serve, top the [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Oreos. You may also cut these into individual-
sized cheesecakes using a knife or fork for individual serving.

For an extra sweet touch, drizzle melted semi-sweet or white chocolate chips over
each before serving.

For a less sweet version of this [cheesecake](https://lifeandwork.blog/what-is-cheesecake/)
