Today while cleaning out some shelves trying to get rid of things we haven’t used or seen in years I came across some birdhouses which my daughter had painted. So rather than disposing of them, I rounded up my little tubal liquid nail and found the post they would sit on comfortably and liquid nailed him in place. It was a really nice way to quickly add some color to our yard and put the birdhouses to use. My daughter had painted them some years ago and they have just been sitting around collecting dust. I cannot say whether the birds will actually use them or not but I figured it was better than just putting them in the trash.
