Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup whole rolled oats
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberry
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the flour together with the whole rolled oats, coconut, baking powder, baking , soda and salt.
  • In another bowl, add the butter with the brown and granulated sugar. Beat with the mixer until it becomes smooth.
  • Add eggs one by one and beat with the mixer until smooth.
  • Add the peanut butter and beat until the composition is homogeneous.
  • Add the flour and mix gently.
  • Add the cranberries and chocolate. Mix gently with a large spoon.
  • Put the composition in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Form balls from the dough and flatten them slightly. Put them on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • Leave to cool!

  • Makes 20 servings.
