Pasta Salad

  • 12 oz fusilli
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 5 oz provolone cheese

5 oz pepperoni

5 oz black olives

Italian dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion flakes
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Preparation directions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt
  • Add fusilli pasta and cook for 8 minutes, cool it in cold water, and drain it
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, green bell pepper and provolone cheese into cubes, and the pepperoni slices
  • To make the Italian dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper in a blender
  • In a large bowl, mix fusilli with cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, provolone cheese, pepperoni, olives, and Italian dressing
  • Put in the fridge for 1 hour to blend the flavors, and then serve the salad
