Pasta Salad
- 12 oz fusilli
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 5 oz provolone cheese
5 oz pepperoni
5 oz black olives
Italian dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- ½ tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tbsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion flakes
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Preparation directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 tbsp salt
- Add fusilli pasta and cook for 8 minutes, cool it in cold water, and drain it
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, green bell pepper and provolone cheese into cubes, and the pepperoni slices
- To make the Italian dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper in a blender
