Essential Concepts
October largemouth bass fishing on Georgia’s Jackson Lake often centers on shad moving through creek mouths. Find the bait, then try a walking topwater or weightless pearl fluke; see also [fall bass fishing patterns](/fall-bass-fishing-patterns/) and [topwater walking baits for bass](/topwater-walking-baits-for-bass/).
